Unleash the spirit of the mid-20th century as you glide under full sail aboard the majestic S/Y Sir Winston Churchill, a three-masted schooner with a storied past. Designed by the renowned Camper & Nicholson and launched in 1966 under the patronage of HRH King Philip, she was once a champion of the Tall Ships Race and a symbol of British maritime heritage.

Today, this iconic yacht continues to captivate with her timeless elegance and surprising speed of 10-12 knots, powered by 80 litres/hour. With over 30 years under the same ownership and a dedicated crew who have sailed her for over a decade, she is now more polished than ever.

Following a meticulous refit, Sir Winston Churchill welcomes up to 12 guests + 1 child in six beautifully appointed cabins, a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Cared for by a crew of seven, she invites you to experience the romance of sailing on a vessel with stories in her sails.

Our trip was wonderful. Captain Darko and were both lovely. They quickly understood what our family liked and delivered it in spades! They were friendly, discreet, professional and both very good at their respective jobs. We really liked them.

The boat was comfortable and we had loads of room as there was only four of us, plus crew. Perfect.

Darko picked a great route for us and loved the aqua blue water, villages and coastline.

Can’t wait to do a similar holiday again.

The trip around Croatia was amazing !!..

Lovely space and very comfortable.  The skipper and stewardess were lovely
very helpful and being local they were great in regards to booking restaurants knowing the best places to moor and the food was lovely.

We loved Croatia, being less commercial than Italy and the history and architecture were great!

I have a  few friends that are interested in chartering boats and we also may look at it again next year in Greece
