In 2021, STAVROS was granted with a Concour d’ Elegance Award by the Yacht Club of Greece. The 20m wooden sailing yacht STAVROS blends all the charm of a traditional Greek sailing yacht with the comfort of a modern superyacht to offer a unique cruising experience.
One of the best-preserved traditional boats in Greece, STAVROS takes you on a journey to the soul of Greece. An archipelago of stunning islands and secret coves, best enjoyed from the wooden deck of an authentic kaiki.
With 3 air-conditioned guest cabins on the lower deck (1 generously-sized master cabin with 1 double and 1 single beds, and 2 twin cabins), STAVROS can ideally welcome up to 7 guests onboard overnight and 12 guests when cruising. There are 2 additional sleeping spaces on the bridge. She also comes with independent crew quarters in the bow. Designed to maximise the space onboard, each of the cabins features plenty of built-in storage. There are two guest WCs onboard, one private WC in the main cabin and one WC outside the two twin cabins.
Stavros is an opportunity to experience living history in style and comfort. Spacious and light, STAVROS’ upper salon opens directly onto the deck with large windows on all sides offering panoramic views of the ocean. Finished with polished wooden panelling and equipped with air conditioning for the summer months, the salon features a dining area with comfortable built-in lounge seating while stairs lead down to the guest cabins below.
Based on the design of a Greek caïque boat with a curved prow and tiller, STAVROS’ hull is painted white to reflect the sun as is the tradition in the Greek Islands. Behind the mint vintage exterior, STAVROS is powered by state-of-the-art technology. Two Rolls Royce engines ensure a smooth ride in complete safety. Stavros travels at a relaxed cruising speed of 9 knots and can travel up to 250 nautical miles without stopping to refuel. The sails can be rigged for fair-weather sailing adventures.
