Taylah Moxey is a CRM and client experience specialist with an international background in the superyacht industry. Originally from Australia’s Gold Coast, she relocated to South Florida and worked with one of the industry’s leading superyacht brokerages. It was there that she developed a passion for CRM strategy and client relationship management. Her experience supporting the Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Palm Beach International Boat Shows, while collaborating with clients, luxury brands, and industry professionals from around the world, has given her a deep understanding of the luxury yachting market and the importance of delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Now based on the Gold Coast, Taylah leads CRM and Client Experience at The Superyacht People, creating seamless and personalised experiences that reflect the brand’s professionalism and attention to detail. Passionate about building genuine relationships, she is dedicated to ensuring every client journey feels effortless, memorable, and personal.
Growing up on the Gold Coast, some of Taylah’s favourite memories were spent on the water, boating and fishing with her dad, and enjoying the coastal lifestyle that first sparked her love for yachting.
That passion eventually led her to South Florida, where she immersed herself in the global superyacht industry. For Taylah, yachting is about far more than beautiful yachts, it’s about the people, the experiences, and the lifelong connections built along the way. From world-class boat shows to collaborating with leading luxury brands, she has seen firsthand how exceptional service creates unforgettable moments, a philosophy she brings to every client experience.

After several incredible years living, working and creating lifelong friends in the United States, Taylah returned to the Gold Coast to be closer to family. She returned home with a suitcase full of memories, a passion for adventure, and saying yes to new experiences.
